You’ll find details of the e-learning modules we have for the various parts of our product below. The modules are designed to be quick and easy to navigate and give you a flavour of the features and functions in our product. You can jump to any part of the modules at any point (using the navigation on the left) if there’s something in particular you want to find out. Otherwise, you can just follow the logical flow of the modules.

The courses listed are accessible to everyone, but we have indicated the intended audience with a tick. Although open to everyone, some of the features described in the courses might not be visible to you. For example, if you’re not a Location Manager, some of the features described in that course will not appear in your version of Matrix Booking.

If you think anything is missing from the training courses or you have spotted something you believe is incorrect, report this to your local Matrix Booking Administrator by selecting Help in the top toolbar of the Matrix Booking app.
