This page explores our Hardware as a Service (HaaS) that we offer to customers.

Introduction
Our service can provide you with the hardware you need to use our products without the need to set them yourself. It works by the following process:
We buy and own the hardware (for example, tablets or kiosks).
We set them up for you with your chosen product (for example, Matrix Signage).
We ship them to you.
You put them where you need them.
We monitor them for any issues.
If there’s an issue with a device, you can return it to us and we’ll replace it for the life of the contract. We also offer to upgrade the version of Signage remotely.
Our service
HaaS is an agreement where we buy the hardware and you rent it. This comes with a different support process where we actively support you with your devices. The support process for your devices is:
A daily report runs at 8:00am that checks for inactive devices.
This report is sent to your Administrators.
You receive email notifications for any change in the status of the devices. If a device goes offline, exits kiosk mode, or comes back online, you’ll receive an email notification.
You’ll see that the device is down and offline:
If it can’t be fixed remotely, you’ll need to investigate this at your end.
If you can’t fix the issue, raise a support ticket.

Terms and conditions
Price includes licence, installation, and configuration of Matrix Booking application of choice:
7 and 10” displays assumed to include Matrix Signage software licence or Matrix Booking’s Visitor Management software licence at an additional cost. For more information, contact your Account Manager.
15” display and above assumed to include either Matrix Floor plan, Matrix Arrivals, or Matrix Booking’s Visitor Management software licence.
Price includes pre-configured Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.
Price is based on a per unit per month basis on a minimum two-year term, paid annually in advance.
Price includes delivery to site as a single batch shipment.
Price includes hardware required for wall mounting display device.
Glass mounts available for 7 or 10” devices at no additional cost.
Floor stand and kiosk mounts available for 15” and larger displays at an additional cost. For more information, contact your Account Manager.
Physical installation of hardware isn’t included. This is expected to be carried out by the customer’s existing facilities management services company.
All hardware to be returned to Matrix Booking at the end of the term via secure carriage.
