Introduction

When subscribing to our system, it’s easy-to-use and intuitive design will get you making booking immediately. However, you can get more out of it. Matrix Booking offers a variety of training courses to show you what you can do beyond making bookings.

Our service

Depending on the type of user you are, we have a training course that’s tailored to you – from standard user all the way up to an Administrator. We also have a training course for tenants in a cross-organisational resource sharing scenario. Each course will show you the fundamentals of our system, more advanced actions you can carry out, and some tips and tricks for each type of user.

We also offer a training course on how to use our Microsoft 365 and Outlook app add-ins. You need to have subscribed to either add-in before signing up to this training course.
