Set up work requests
To use the Work Requests report, you need to:
The booking options you can have are catering, equipment, services, and room layout.
Access the Work requests screen
To access the Work requests screen:

Select the horizontal three-dots icon in the navigation bar to open the more options menu.

Select Work requests. The Work requests screen will appear.
Filters
You can filter on the:

Booking status
-
Location (if left blank, it will search the whole organisation)
-
Service provider
-
Options
Choose columns filter
In the View as table, the full list of Choose Columns ▼ filters is as follows:

Date (selected by default)

Time (selected by default)
-
Status (selected by default)
-
Option (selected by default)

Resource (selected by default)

Requested by (selected by default)

# Attendees (number of attendees, selected by default)

Request Notes – further information provided by the provider (selected by default)

Change a work request’s status
To change a work request’s status:
-
Search for the work requests you want to update.
-
Select either:
-
Mark as done next to the work requests that have been completed.
-
Reopen next to the work requests that need to be reopened.

View a booking
To view a booking that has a work request added to it:

Select the horizontal three-dots icon next to the booking you want to view to open the more options menu.

Select View booking. The View booking dialog will appear.
Limitations
The Work requests screen limitations are:

The Work requests screen is limited to the first 5,000 entries for all work requests and populates the report based on the search parameters you selected.

Only users who have been given the Service provider user account type can access the Work requests screen.

You can only view bookings that have work requests attached to them.
-
The system can’t allow a booking to be made, edited, approved, rejected, or cancelled, and visitors can’t be checked in or out.
