Administrator's Guide

This guide gives you all the information you need to know to run and manage the Matrix Booking platform. These pages outline how to configure, manage, and use the Admin screens on the Matrix Booking web app. These settings affect the way Matrix Booking works on the web, mobile, room signage, and kiosks.

Most of the settings for the different products you have subscribed to are controlled using the Administrator settings covered in this guide. All the settings and configurations will be completed for you as part of your setup and onboarding.

Once live, you are free to amend your setup as required. To do this, you will find this guide helpful as it covers all the areas that you can manage.
