This page describes how you can reorder your Locations and Resources hierarchy.
If you’ve placed resources or locations (for example, a car park) outside of a higher-level location (for example, a building) in the Locations and Resources hierarchy, it will appear as a separate location.
If you don’t want this on the New Booking screen, you need to:

Note: make sure that your resource or location is . For example, a car park should be categorised as a car park – not a building or site.
