where [1] means that the booking organiser will also receive the confirmation email.
where [2] means that during initial integration setup, Microsoft 365 should have been set up to approve bookings automatically.
where [3] means that the booking owner will receive a tentative confirmation email first before a booking confirmation or booking rejection email.
where [4] means that the booking owner needs to let the attendees know that the event has been rejected or cancelled.
where [5] is the booking option request new confirmation email will be sent to option provider (if applicable) and not the booking owner.
where [6] is the booking option request cancellation email will be sent to option provider (if applicable) and not the booking owner.
