Handover to live operations
Live status
Once all implementation tasks have been completed, verified, and formally signed off, Matrix Booking will consider your organisation to be in “Live” status. At this point, you’ll gain access to our support services and your dedicated Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.
Note: this doesn’t necessarily mean that the system is live for your end users; it simply reflects the completion of implementation from our side.
