Whether through troubleshooting, training, or ongoing enhancements, we’re here to support your administrators every step of the way.
Now your system is live, all full administrators and any designated users will have access to our Support Portal. This portal provides a comprehensive knowledge base with articles designed to assist you in resolving common queries and questions.

Our Administrator’s Guide
Our Administrator’s guide is intended for administrators and location administrators. It’s designed to help you administer and set up the system how you need to when you need to. This guide covers all the elements of the system which some may not be applicable to your setup. During your implementation, you’ll receive administrator training, which will go through most these elements.
Our suite of e-learning modules
Our Training Team has designed and published over 10 specialised e-learning modules, accessible to all users and tailored to different user accounts. This ensures up-to-date, high-quality, and efficient training at all times.
End-user support
Within the Help section of Matrix Booking, you can find our Getting Started link which is available to all users within your organisation. It gives them hints and tips on how to navigate through the booking journey. Having this option within your Help section is optional.
