Receive regular updates or emails on new releases

Product and service emails provide updates and notifications about new features, improvements, and fixes to your existing products, which are expected approximately once every 4 to 6 weeks.

Service disruption emails provide updates and notifications about the availability of the service and any incident-related communications.

Both types of emails are automatically sent to all Matrix Booking administrators by default. If you’re not receiving these emails, check your spam or junk folder. If they aren’t there either, raise a support ticket to have this investigated further by our Support team.

If you want to add someone to the distribution list that isn’t an administrator, raise a support ticket.
