Matrix Booking product and service updates
Product release and update emails and service disruption emails are automatically sent to all Matrix Booking Administrators by default. If you're not receiving these, check your spam or junk folder. If they are not there, raise a support ticket to have this investigated further.
If you want to add someone to the distribution list that isn’t a Matrix Booking Administrator, raise a support ticket .
