No data returned in Matrix Booking Insight report

Problem

When the report finishes loading (rendering), it is completely blank.

Solution

Filters

The most likely reason for this to occur is because the filters at the top of the report have been set incorrectly. For example, check if the date range is valid or at least one sub-category is selected in any multi-select.

If you believe there should be data for a given valid date range and selection of sub-categories, raise a support ticket for our team to investigate.

Endpoints to approve

Another possibility is that your organisation has approved all the endpoints needed for Matrix Booking Insight.

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) and specifically AWS QuickSight (part of AWS Quick Suite) to support our Insight platform. To fully utilise Insight, you need to ask your IT team to approve the following endpoints:

Approving these endpoints will make sure that your colleagues can access Insight and that the visualisations will render properly.

Note: make sure that the Matrix Booking endpoints have been approved as well.
