Unable to see Matrix Sense reports even though I've logged into Matrix Booking Insight

Problem / Question

I am unable to see my Matrix Sense reports after I have logged into Matrix Booking Insight, but I believe I should have access to them.

Solution / Answer

To gain access to the reports, you'll have to ask a Matrix Booking Administrator within your organisation. To do this:

  1. Select the Help link in the error message.

  2. It will take you to the Help section. Below is an example:

  3. Select one of your organisation’s Matrix Booking Administrators.

  4. Email them and ask for access to the reports.
