  2. I’ve set up a Matrix Booking kiosk-type app, logged in, but my login details aren’t showing automatically the next time I log in. What do I do?

  3. I keep having to enter my login credentials every time I log in. Why won’t my device save them?

Solution / Answer

Once you’ve logged into a signage or kiosk device and completed the set up for 1 of our signage or kiosk-type apps, leave your device running with power and data for at least 2 minutes. This gives your device enough time to save the session cookies.

If you remove the power immediately after setting up the device, the session cookies won’t be saved meaning your login information won’t be maintained.
