Is there a simple user guide or introduction for new users?
Solution
Generally, the system is designed to be intuitive enough that we don’t produce user guides. Recognising that people have varying needs, we’ve created an e-learning module that takes you through all of the basics.
In addition to this, the ? Help button in the navigation bar can be accessed by your staff, which will also direct them to this module (and more if you’ve set up Help text).
