Is there a simple user guide or introduction for new users?

Solution / Answer

Generally, the system is designed to  be intuitive enough that we don't produce user guides. However, recognising that varying individuals have varying needs, we have created a very simple overview as an eLearning module that takes you through all of the basics. This may be of use to your general teams when they first start to use Matrix Booking, and normally you can click HELP in matrix Booking and it will automatically take you to this module:
