When trying to book a resource (room), I get an error message stating that this location is managed by Microsoft 365 and the booking owner isn’t a valid user for this location.

I can’t book a room as it’s managed by Microsoft 365. What do I do?
Solution
You may have come across the following error message:
Your organisation uses our Microsoft 365 integration, but you don't appear in its Microsoft directory. When booking a Microsoft 365-managed location, Matrix Booking places the booking directly into your calendar, so you must be a valid Microsoft 365 user.
If you get this error message, ask your IT team to add you to the correct directory.
