As part of setting up your access to Matrix Booking, you may need to look at our Security and Authentication document that takes you through items such as single sign-on (SSO) and Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) synchronisation and how to set these up.
This is normally done during your implementation. However, you can add these to your setup/account at any time. To discuss adding them, contact your Account Manager .
