As part of setting up your access to Matrix Booking, you may need to look at our Security and Authentication document that takes you through items such as single sign-on (SSO) and Microsoft Entra ID synchronisation and how to set these up.
This is normally done during your implementation. However, you can add these to your subscription at any time. To discuss adding them, contact your customer success manager.
