Why can't I make a booking in Matrix Booking with the Microsoft 365 integration?

I get a warning message telling me that the resource I’m trying to book in Matrix Booking is unavailable in Microsoft 365. What do I do?
Solution / Answer
To resolve this issue, you need to give and ask the following from your IT team:

Give them a screenshot of the error message you’ve come across.

Ask them to make sure that the calendars are synced correctly.

Ask them to make sure your business rules match between the 2 systems.

Ask them to make sure that you’re in your organisation’s Microsoft directory.
If you’re still getting an error message, raise a support ticket and provide screenshots of the error message, the Matrix Booking resource calendar, and the Microsoft 365 resource calendar.
