During implementation, Matrix Booking normally sets up single sign-on (SSO) and our Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) integration for you.
To do that, there are some documents we share with you for security and authentication. Once you have read them, you’ll need to pass specific information over to us to allow us to connect (for example, secure keys).
When you have this information, submit this to us on our security and authentication details form . This will minimise the number of people with access to this information for increased security. We recommend not adding any of this information or the form onto a support ticket.
If you decide at some point after implementation and onboarding that you’d like either SSO or our Entra ID integration set up, contact your customer success manager to discuss adding these subscriptions.
