Solution / Answer
If one of your Matrix Booking users has encountered the following Microsoft error, it’s likely occurred because the user isn’t assigned to the Matrix Booking Enterprise Application used for single sign-on (SSO).
In the error message, it states to “contact your administrator”. This means your Microsoft Azure or Entra ID administrator; not your Matrix Booking Administrator. This error isn’t something that Matrix Booking can resolve.
To resolve this error, ask your IT team to assign the user to the correct group or directory under the Matrix Booking Enterprise Application used for SSO in Azure or Entra ID.
