Solution
If one of your Matrix Booking users has encountered the following Microsoft error, it’s likely occurred because the user isn’t assigned to the Matrix Booking Enterprise Application used for single sign-on (SSO).
This error relates to your Microsoft Entra ID configuration, not Matrix Booking. Your IT team will need to resolve it by assigning the user to the correct group or directory under the Matrix Booking Enterprise Application in Entra ID.
