  1. Can I tailor or personalise the emails you send out?

  2. Can we edit the content of any of the Matrix Booking emails such as the confirmation email or booking reminder emails?

Solution / Answer

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to allow editing or tailoring of email content. The only parts of an email you can change are the logos and banners .
