Why aren’t we getting declaration emails sent through when we make bookings?

We aren’t receiving our declarations after every booking. They are only arriving for certain bookings. What’s going on?
Solution
Declarations aren’t linked to bookings specifically.
For example, if your organisation has their declarations set to last for 2 days and you sign the declaration, your declaration status will last for 2 days. Any bookings you make during those 2 days won’t generate another declaration as you already have a valid declaration for that period.
If at the time the booking is made is outside of your valid declaration status (for example, 3 days in advance after signing a 2-day valid declaration), you’ll be sent a new declaration email to sign the day before your booking.
You can change the declaration validity period in the declaration template you set up.
