Solution
If you allow notifications to be sent to your mobile from the Matrix Booking mobile app, you’ll receive 3 types of push notifications:

When it’s time to check in.

When your booking is auto-cancelled.

When your visitor has arrived (to you as the host).
If you or your staff aren’t sure if they have enabled notifications for the mobile app, ask them to:

Use the Settings app.

Search for “notifications”.

Navigate to Matrix Booking.

Select Allow notifications (or equivalent).
If this hasn’t worked or there’s a different issue, contact your IT team and they will be able to switch these notifications on for you.
