Solution / Answer

If you allow notifications to be sent to your mobile from the Matrix Booking mobile app, you’ll receive 3 types of push notifications:

  • When it’s time to check in.

  • When my booking is auto-cancelled.

  • When a visitor has arrived (to the host).

If you or your staff aren’t sure if they have enabled notifications for Matrix Booking, advise them to:

  1. Use the Settings app

  2. Search for “notifications”.

  3. Navigate to Matrix Booking.

  4. Select Allow notifications (or equivalent).

If this hasn’t worked or there’s an issue, contact your IT team and they will be able to switch these notifications on for you.
