User acceptance testing (UAT)
As a widely adopted Software as a Service (SaaS) platform used daily by hundreds of thousands of users, the system is continuously tested in real-world scenarios. Therefore, the primary focus of your UAT should be on verifying that the system has been set up in accordance with your submitted templates, ensuring it meets your specific operational requirements.
This phase represents the final checkpoint before implementation sign-off. It’s designed to confirm that the system functions as intended and supports your users’ workflows.
Your ultimate goal is to validate your system in readiness for “Go live”, enabling a seamless transition to live operations, during which your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (CSM), along with Live Support, will be available to assist you.
As every organisation’s needs are unique, Matrix Booking doesn’t provide standardised UAT materials, such as test scripts.
