Welcome to the Matrix Booking Onboarding Hub.

Here you'll find all the relevant information for each phase of your implementation, including the Matrix Booking Implementation approach, templates, and documents required to either onboard you as a new customer or add new functionality to your existing instance.

Your Implementation Manager will advise you on which templates and documents are relevant to your onboarding package.

Once you’ve completed the relevant templates, return them to your Implementation Manager within the agreed time frame to complete your implementation and onboarding by the agreed “Go live” date.
