Administrator training
As part of your Matrix Booking implementation, administrators from your organisation must attend an administrator or tenant administrator training session before going live. This ensures they are fully equipped to provide end-user support and can efficiently raise support tickets if any issues arise.
A representative from our Training Team will contact you during your implementation to schedule your training session at a mutually convenient time.
