Yes, you’ll always have access to the Support Portal. Support Chat isn’t intended to replace it. As part of our Admin as a Service (AaaS) offering, this new service will be available to your Matrix Booking administrators to help communicate directly with our Support Team in real-time, allowing for faster resolution of any queries and questions you may have regarding the system.
