Yes, Support Chat is not intended to replace the support portal. This new service will be available to your Matrix Booking administrators to help communicate directly with our Support Team in real-time, allowing for faster resolution of any queries and questions you may have regarding the system.
We will be rolling this out to all customers as an option in the future.
This is currently being trialed with a few customers and we expect to start rolling this service out live towards the end of June 2023. If you have any questions about this service, contact your Customer Success Manager .
