Visitors list

With the migration to redesigned Matrix Booking, the Visitors List report has been taken out of the Reports section of the Matrix Booking and has been given it’s own place in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. Although the layout of the page has changed, you can still use it in exactly the same way as before.

When the new version first loads, it will have all the columns that are available selected meaning the display will be much wider than it was previously. Make sure your reception teams select the columns they need.

Visitors summary

The Visitor’ Summary report has been moved to Matrix Booking Insight.

To get to Insight from Matrix Booking:

1. Select Insight in the navigation bar.

   

2. Matrix Booking Insight will appear in a new tab. As you were already logged in to Matrix Booking, you won’t need to log in to Insight.

   

3. Enter “visitor summary” in the search bar.

4. Select the Visitor summary dashboard.
