Solution / Answer

When making a booking, you may get different views when carrying out a new search for a resource. This depends on:

  • Whether the booking category is set to Hourly, Half Day, or Whole Day.

  • Whether you specify the booking duration.

  • If at least 1 resource has been mapped to a floor plan.
