Declaration error message troubleshooting

Problem

I’ve received an error message when trying to access a declaration form. The error message is telling me that the link isn't valid.

Cause

There are 2 reasons why you are receiving this error message:

  1. The web address (URL) is wrong.

  2. If the booking is in the past (for example, yesterday) and you didn’t sign the declaration form in the 24 hour period prior to the booking.

Solutions

The solutions to this error message are:

  1. Make sure that the URL has been copied correctly.

  2. If the booking is in the past (for example, yesterday), the declaration form is redundant, so there are no actions to complete.
