Solution / Answer
Our Support Chat needs certain IP addresses and fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) to be allowed or approved to work. It’s possible that your IT system or firewall has blocked some or all of them. Ask your IT team to check that the following IP addresses and FQDNs have been approved:
