Room signage device / screen shows a blue page only

Occasionally the room signage or booking kiosks may display the following screen:

Then this normally shown for a few seconds when the device is restarting or powering on and is absolutely normal. If it STAYS on this screen and will not progress, then please power the screen off (you may need to unplug the network cable to power the device off), wait 10 seconds and then power it back on again.

If after powering back on the screen still stays like this and does not change to the normal Android homepage or Matrix Booking page then this indicates a software fault with the Android tablet and this will need to be reported to the company that supplied the hardware. If it came from Matrix Booking Limited then just raise a support ticket and will will progress this for you. Or if the hardware was supplied by your own AV company then please raise the issue directly with them to have the device factory reset and Matrix Booking reloaded on to it.
