Solution

If your organisation has our Microsoft 365 integration and a linked resource in Matrix Booking (that’s synced with Exchange) is deleted, this delinks the resource. No further sync will take place, and anything already in either system will remain unchanged.

If there are pending messages syncing at the time the resource is being deleted, deletion will be temporarily blocked until processing completes.

  • Existing meetings in Microsoft 365 or Exchange: no impact – all bookings remain as they are.

  • Teams meetings: any Teams links will continue to work as normal.
