How do we enable / disable support chat / live chat?

The setting for Support Chat is at an organisation level, not a user level so it is either enabled for your organisation or disabled. If enabled, then all of your organisation administrators can choose to use it. You cannot select which administrators can use the live chat.

It is not available for Location Administrators, Location Managers, Receptionists, Providers or General Users.

If you are part of the early access group then you will have already had an invite to use the service and this will be enabled in your system from 9am Monday 15th May 2023.

If you have not had an invitation then please look out for our next product update where we will announce how to have this feature turned on for your organisation or contact your Account Manager .

This is currently being trialed with a few customers and we expect to start rolling this service out live towards the end of June 2023. If you have any questions about this service, contact your Account Manager .
