The Help section within Matrix Booking provides end users with direct access to the ‘Getting Started’ user guide, and depending on your chosen set up, access to their local administrators, and/or key information.

Matrix Booking offers two types of help:

Email Template Help option:

This options allows a user to email a designated single email address with any requested support or improvements

Customised Help Option:

This option provides a blank page that you can fully customise to suit your organisation’s needs. It supports multiple formatting options and allows you to add links to your intranet, or direct users to specific administrators based on their location or role.

You can include any information you feel is useful for your end users — such as support guidance, internal processes, or contact details.

By default, the Customised Help Option is enabled.
If no custom text is provided, a standard help message will be displayed instead, listing your organisation’s administrators and their email addresses so users know who to contact.
